Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from Guangdong, China. Processing is normally 1–5 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery to the United States and Europe is estimated at 5–10 business days after dispatch; remote areas may take 15–30 business days. Ask us for an estimate for other destinations. Import duties and taxes, if charged, are paid by the buyer unless checkout explicitly states they are included.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We will review the issue and arrange a remedy in line with your legal rights. Please see our Returns Policy for the process.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
