Products and versions
Product pages describe the main features, available colors and versions. Please choose the correct version before paying. For XTEINK X3, the China Version uses China-market firmware and may need compatible firmware for use outside China; the Global Version is ready for international use; the CrossPoint Version comes with CrossPoint preinstalled. Product photos may include props that are not supplied.
Prices and payment
The final item price, shipping charge and any tax collected by us are shown at checkout before you confirm an order. Displayed local-currency conversions may be indicative; checkout shows the transaction currency. Your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or fee. Import taxes and duties assessed on delivery are the buyer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation or dispatch notice. If a product becomes unavailable or an obvious pricing error is discovered, we will contact you and offer a refund or another lawful resolution. We do not charge for an unavailable product without informing you.
Delivery and risk
Our Shipping Policy gives processing and estimated delivery times. Those estimates are not guarantees. Your statutory rights if we fail to deliver remain unaffected. Ownership transfers when full payment is received, subject to applicable law; risk of loss transfers as required by the consumer law governing your order.

Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains cancellation and remedies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including applicable legal guarantees, withdrawal rights or rights for faulty goods.
