Returns and Refunds

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact support@soleread.com with your order number, a description and photos where helpful. Contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue, but any prompt-contact request does not reduce your statutory rights. Where we are responsible, we will arrange a remedy required by applicable law, including repair, replacement or refund, and cover reasonable return shipping.
Change of mind: EU and UK customers
Where EU or UK distance-selling law applies, you generally may cancel an online order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving a reason. Tell us by email before the 14-day period ends. You then have 14 days to send the goods back. We will refund the item price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery method offered at checkout, normally within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back. We may deduct an amount for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods, as permitted by law.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return shipping cost unless we agree otherwise. We will provide the return address and instructions after your cancellation notice. Do not send an item to an unconfirmed address. Customers in other regions retain any mandatory local cancellation or return rights.
Refund method and timing
Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. The payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. Original delivery upgrades above the least expensive standard method and import duties paid to customs are normally not refundable by us unless required by law.

Email support@soleread.com with your order number and request. We will reply with the appropriate instructions. This policy does not exclude or restrict legal consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot be waived.
