Order processing
Orders are normally prepared in 1–5 days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Pre-orders, if offered, follow the dispatch date stated on the product page and order confirmation.

These are estimates from dispatch, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs clearance, carrier capacity and local holidays can cause delays. Tracking details will be sent when a tracked parcel is dispatched. Please check your address carefully; a physical street address is preferred.
Shipping charges and import taxes
Free standard shipping applies to the United States, Japan, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Austria, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and South Korea. Standard shipping is US$12 per order to Algeria, Chile, Argentina, Ukraine, Russia, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, and Svalbard and Jan Mayen. Other destinations available at checkout have a US$6 standard shipping charge per order. The applicable rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Import VAT, customs duty and carrier clearance fees may be collected by the destination country or carrier. Unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included, the buyer is responsible for them. We cannot predict every destination’s assessment in advance.
Problems or delays
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email support@soleread.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
